Our Services

Initial Consultation
I offer a fifteen minute complimentary consultation to determine if I am the best fit to support you on this part of your journey

Therapy
Depth work for neurodivergent adults and eating disorder survivors who are done just coping.
I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming individual therapy for adults navigating eating disorders, ADHD, autism, CPTSD, anxiety, and the places where all of these intersect. My approach integrates EMDR, IFS, somatic work, DBT, and polyvagal theory — tailored to how your brain actually works.
No cookie-cutter treatment plans. No pathologizing who you are. Just real, honest work toward a life that feels like yours.
Currently accepting clients via telehealth in: Maryland · Texas · Virginia · Colorado · Nevada · South Carolina · North Carolina · Pennsylvania · Arizona · Massachusetts
Investment: Initial session: $250 Ongoing sessions: $175

Coaching
Goal-oriented support for people ready to take action.
Please note: Coaching is not therapy and does not constitute a clinical relationship. Kimberly is not acting in her capacity as an LCSW-C in coaching sessions. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
Coaching is for you if you're not looking for clinical therapy, rather you are looking for someone to help you get unstuck, build self-trust, clarify your goals, and actually move toward them. Sessions draw on somatic awareness, nervous system tools, and decades of experience working with neurodivergent and highly sensitive people.
Coaching is available to clients nationwide.
Investment: Initial session: $250 Ongoing sessions: $175

MSW supervision
For social work residents who want a supervisor who actually gets it.
I am a board-approved clinical supervisor in Maryland, South Carolina, and Virginia, offering individual and group supervision for MSW residents. My supervision style is relational, reflective, and grounded in the same trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming lens I bring to my clinical work. I believe good supervision changes not just how you practice — but how you see yourself as a clinician.
Investment: Individual supervision: $100 Group supervision: $50

Yoga
Movement as medicine. Your body as a resource, not an obstacle.
I offer trauma-informed yoga and somatic sessions grounded in nervous system awareness and body-based healing. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your body after years of disconnection, this work meets you exactly where you are.
Sessions are available by appointment.
